In one week, the endless road-trip summer begins.  First stops are as follows:

• Desert View Tower, because the desert is beautiful and this place is weird.
• Salvation Mountain, because this fellow is a nut and I want to see it in person.
• The Watts Towers, because I live 25 minutes from LA and I have no excuses.

I LOVE THIS SONG!!!

Just watched Paprika and I am absolutely mindblown. I can’t describe how graphically detailed this movie is. I am always amazed by Japanese animation but this one is definitely one of the best movies I have ever seen in my life. There was so much details and ongoing storyline. I was confused, amused, distracted, scared, and enthralled. I couldn’t help but think this movie was parallel to inception. But, I can say this is by far the most original weirdest movie I have ever watched. Beautiful scenery, stunning amount of precision to details. I usually just say awesome and incredible to movies I like. But, this movie…oh-my-gawd…AMAZING, just watch it. You might not get it and you may never will but it is just AMAZING. The details…I can’t even imagine being the artist for this movie. So much painstaking work and patience.
